A savoury with a difference

250ml Pea flour
30ml Cake flour
1 Meduim onion grated
5ml Jeera powder
5ml Koljana powder
10ml Crushed chillies
5ml Turmeric powder
5ml Salt
10ml Baking powder
30ml Lemon juice
½ Bunch fresh chopped dhania leaves
½ Bunch shredded spinach leaves
2 Green chillies chopped

Oil for deep frying

Sift pea flour and cake flour into a large bowl.
Mix all remaining ingredients except BAKING POWDER .
Mix with sufficient water to make a thick batter. Leave batter aside for 20minutes.
Heat oil to moderately hot.
Add in baking powder and mix in well.
Drop teaspoon full of batter into hot oil and fry until lightly golden, turn chillie bite around and fry on other side, drain on roller towel and serve hot with a mebos dip
