Sesame Balls

1¼ cup plain flour
½ teaspoon chilli powder
125g butter, chopped
40g cream cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dhunia or parsley
2/3 cup sesame seeds

PREHEAT oven to 180*C. Line a 32 X 28cm biscuit tray with baking paper.

Place flour and chilli in food processor bowl, add butter, cheeses and dhunia.
Using the pulse action, work butter for 15-20 seconds or until mixture almost forms a soft dough, do not overbeat.
Turn mixture into a large mixing bowl, press together with fingers to form a soft dough.
Roll two level teaspoons of mixture into balls. Roll each ball in sesame seeds, arrange on prepared tray about 3cm apart. Bake for 20-25min or until golden.
Cool on tray.
