Method for bread
Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Sprinkle over yeast and mix through with fingers.
Mix melted butter, oil, and lukewarm milk well together. Add this liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix into a soft dough. Knead for 15-20min until smooth and pliable on a lightly oiled surface. Place in a clean oiled bowl. Smear top with oil and cover with clingwrap. Let double in volume in a warm place. Knock dough down and roll into a rectangle. Place filling in the centre, making sure that the filling is about 10-15cm away from the edge. Cut and complete as indicated on the diagram. Brush with egg, sprinkle with desired topping and allow to double in volume. Bake at 180*C until golden or an inserted skewer comes out clean (about 30-35min)
