Prawn Mushroom

25gr margarine
1 small onion, chopped
2 litre milk
3 packet cream of mushroom soup
200gr shelled prawns
125ml fresh cream
5ml crushed black pepper
50gr grated cheddar cheese (optional)
salt to taste
spring onion or chopped celery for garnishing

Melt margarine in a pot and sauté onions.
Add milk and soup powder and stir well.
Add prawns and simmer for 10min, stirring occasionally.
Add seasoning. Lastly stir in cream and garnish as desired.
Serve with baked health bread.
