Quick Mushroom Soup

500g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
75g margarine
2ml curry powder
30g cake flour
500ml water
410g evaporated milk
5ml salt
freshly ground black pepper
parsley for garnish

Fry mushrooms in margarine till soft for about 5min.
Add curry powder then stir in flour and water.
Allow mixture to boil for a few minutes.
Puree or blend the mixture till smooth. Add evaporated milk, salt and pepper and bring to the boil.

Serve hot.
